J <br />PARCEL 80-5 <br />CUY-S.O.M. CENTER ROAD <br />PERPETUAL EASEMENT TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A SEWER <br />Situated in the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, Village of Mayfield, Original Mayfield <br />Township, Tract 1, O.L. 15, T8N, R10W and being more fully described as follows: <br />Being a parcel of land lying on the west side of the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center <br />Road as recorded in Plat Book Page of the Cuyahoga County Records and being <br />located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; <br />Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road <br />with the centerline of White Road; <br />Thence, South 1° 16' 3 3 " East on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance <br />of 1739.09 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 0° 06' 41" West on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a <br />distance of 971.71 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 89° 53' 19" West a distance of 63.00 feet to a point on the proposed right of way <br />line, said point being 63.00 feet left of Station 95+74.70 on the centerline of right of way of <br />S.O.M. Center Road and the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; <br />Thence, South 0° 0641" West on the proposed right of way line a distance of 30.00 feet to a <br />point; <br />Thence, North 89° 53' 19" West a distance of 17.00 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 0° 06' 41" East a distance of 30.00 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 89° 53' 19" East a distance of 17.00 feet to the true place of beginning containing <br />0.012 acres. <br />The above described area is a part of Auditor's Parcel No. 831-07-002. <br />This description is based on a survey made by URS Corporation in February, 1998 under the <br />direction and supervision of Richard E. Rockich, Registered Surveyor No. 5680. <br />Grantor claims title by instrument recorded in Volume 98-9646, Page 24, Volume 98-4633, Page <br />12, Volume 98-4477, Page 45 and Volume 98-4477, Page 40 of the Cuyahoga County Records. <br />The bearings used in this description are based on the Ohio State Plane Coordinate Grid System, <br />North Zone, NAD 83.
