Orrlinance 2001-28 <br />CONTRACTORS' RETAINAGE ACCOIJNT FUND: That there be appropriated from the Contractors' <br />Retainage Account Fund the sum of: <br />Total Budget <br />$73,000.00 <br />$17,344,059.23 <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were <br />encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly <br />approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 2000, Encumbrances were as follows: <br />General Fund $654,137.76 <br />Street Lighting Fund $23,501.38 <br />SCM&R Fund $14,960.69 <br />State Highway Fund $4,007.45 <br />Youth Diversion Program Fund $295.00 <br />Community Room Fund $2,075.14 <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $92.09 <br />Recreation Impact Fund $15,000.00 <br />Capital Improvement Fund $1,380.00 <br />Upper 40 Project Fund $4,899.00 <br />Northwest Quadrant Fund $114,451.68 <br />Parkview Pool Construction Fund $10,777.93 <br />Performance Bond Fund $11,992.94 <br />Contractors' Retainage Account $48,383.85 <br />$905,954.91 <br />Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2001, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000); and . <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Fund the sum of Twenty Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($25,000.00); and <br />Mayfield Village 2001 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 5 of 7 12/7/01
