<br />performed under the Contract Documents, to minor deviations from the Contract Documents <br />correctable prior to completion and to any specific qualifications stated in the Certificate for <br />Payment); that the Contractor has submitted Affidavits and Waivers of Lien from appropriate <br />subcontractors and suppliers; and that the Contractor is entitled to payment in the amount <br />certified. However, the issuance of a Certificate for Payment shall not be a representation <br />that URS has reviewed the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, or <br />procedures, or has made any examinations to ascertain how and for what purpose the <br />Contractor has used the moneys paid on account of the Contract Sum except for reviews <br />made of the Affidavits and Waivers of Lien from subcontractors and suppliers. <br />16. URS shall perform video taping of the Project area prior to construction. <br />17. URS shall assist the Client in the preparation of correspondence and reports to the various <br />state and federal agencies that may be involved in the Project. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />In addition to the Basic Scope of Services provided under this Work Order, URS can pra,vide the <br />following services when authorized, in writing, by the Client: <br />1. If necessary, assisting in the re-bidding of the project and/or bidding or more than two (2) <br />construction contracts. <br />ESTIMATED COST <br />The total Work Order costs will be based on only the actual labor hours and reimbursable expenses <br />expended on the Project. URS' compensation for this Work Order will not exceed the authorized <br />amount of One Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Three Hundred ($194,300.00) Dollars without <br />further written approval from the Client. <br />SCIiEDULE OF COMPLETION <br />URS shall provide the Work Order Scope of Services, based on a thirty (30) month construction <br />pexiod, within approximately thirty-six (36) months after the date of execution of this agreement and <br />contingent upon timely participation of the Client and others. <br />If URS' Basic Services covered by this Work Order have not been completed within thirty-six (36) <br />months of the day and year first written above, through no fault of URS, the amounts of <br />compensation shall be subject to negotiation. <br />\\8030NW01\PROJ1\Proj3\JR\Contracts\Mayfield 10-50907.00\W06_MOD7.doc 4
