C]ENTER WIDENiNG PROJECT FUND FUR TBE <br />CA20D/CA21D S.O.M. CENTER/WH[TE ROAD WII?EN1NG <br />NOW, THEEREFURE, BE ff RIESOLVED BY THE COIJNCII. OF 1ViAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OffiU, THAT: <br />SIECTiON 1.1VIa,yfield Viffage reasonably expects to receive a reimbursement for the widening <br />of S.O.M. Center and White Roads as set forth in Appendix A of the Project Agreement with the <br />praceeds of bands ta be issued by the State of Ohia. <br />SEC,TION 2. The maximum aggregate principal amaunt of bonds, other than for costs of <br />issuance, expected to be issued by the State of Qhio for reimbursement to the local subdivision is <br />$1,050,000. <br />SE,CTIQN 3. The Clerk of Mayfield Village is hereby ditected to file a copy of this ltesolutian <br />with Mayfield Village for the inspection and examination of all persons interested therein and to <br />- deliver a copy af this Resalution to the C)hio Igublic Works Gommissian. <br />SECTION 4. Mayfield V'illage finds and determ4nes that a11 formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of thcs Resolutian were taken in an open meetin.g of this <br />Cvuncil and that all deliberations of this Council and ariy of its committees that resulted in those <br />formal actions were in meetings open to the ptiblic, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />including the legal requirsments of Section 121.22 ofthe C?hio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 5, This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the <br />immediate preservatian of the health, sa,fety and welfare of the residents of Ii2ayfield Village.
