Code, Secs. 5705.34, 5705.35 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield 1 CUyahoga County, Ohio, met in Regular session on the 19th day of November ? <br />(Regular or Special) <br />2001, at the OffiCe Of Mayfield Village Community Room <br />present: <br />Mr. Buckholtz <br />Mr. Busa <br />with the following members <br />Mrs. Cinco <br />Mr. Ilacqua <br />Mr. Marquardt <br />Mrs. Mills <br />Mr. Parker ' <br />Mr. Parker moved the adoption of the following Resolution: <br />tiVHEREA,S, This Council in accordance with the provisions of law has previously adopted <br />a Tax Budget for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing January Zst, 0 2002 ; and <br />WHEREAS, The Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, has <br />certified its action thereon to this C'ouncil together 'with an estimate by the G'ounty Auditor <br />of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof is without, <br />and what part within tlxe ten mill tax limitation; therefore be it <br />RESOLVED,. By the Council of the Village of Mayfield , Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, that the amounts and rates, as determined by the Budget Commission in its certification, <br />be and the same are hereby accepted; and be it further <br />RESOLVED, 7'hat tlzere be and is hereby levied on the -tax duplicate of said Village the <br />rate of each tax necessary to be levied within and without the ten mill limitation as follows:
