RESOLUTION NO. 2001- io <br />PAGE TWO <br />SECTION 3. That the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is hereby directed to forward <br />a certified copy of this Resolution to the Coalition for Affordable Prescription Drugs, 3250 <br />Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115, Lynn Wachtmann, Chair of the Ohio Senate Health <br />and Human Services Committee, and Gregory Jolivette, Chair of the Ohio House Health <br />and Family Services Committee; and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of this meeting. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents <br />of Mayfield Village.
