ORDINANCE NO. 2000-05 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING THE PARKVIEW SWIMMING POOL SALARY <br />ORDINANCE FOR THE 2000 SEASON EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Director has recommended a salary range, <br />per hour, for certain positions that will be used in servicing the Parkview Swimming Pool <br />in the Village of Mayfield during the 2000 pool season; and . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That the following positions and salary ranges, per hour, are <br />established for the 2000 pool season at the Parkview Swimming Pool in the Village of <br />Mayfield: <br />POSITION: <br />Pool Manager <br />Assistant Pool Manager <br />Snack Bar Coordinator <br />Snack Bar Supervisor <br />Recreation Intern <br />Learn to Swim Coordinator <br />Head Lifeguard <br />Lifeguard <br />Lifeguard with WSI (Water Safety <br />Instructor) <br />Head Cashier <br />Cashier <br />Checker/Pool Attendant <br />Pool Maintenance <br />Snack Bar Attendant <br />Head Coach <br />Assistant Coach <br />Special Program Water Instructor <br />SALARY RANGE /PER HOUR <br />$12.00 - 16.00 <br />$10.00 - 14.00 <br />$10.00 - 14.00 <br />$9.00 - 12.00 <br />$12.00 <br />$8.00 - 12.00 <br />$8.00 - 12.00 <br />$7.00 - 9.00 <br />$8.00 - 10.00 <br />$8.00 -12.00 <br />$6.00 - 8.00 <br />$5.50 - 7.50 <br />$5.50 - 7.50 <br />$5.50 - 7.50 <br />$350.00 - 700.00 per season <br />$300.00 - 500.00 per season <br />$200.00 - 400.00 per season or <br />negotiable <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; <br />and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />
