ORDINANCE NO. 2000- 11 <br />PAGE THREE <br />WHEREAS, Council is required by Division (B) of Section 3734.55 of the Revised <br />Code to approve or disapprove the Draft Plan Update within 90 days after receiving a copy <br />of the Draft Plan Update and been requested to approve the Draft Plan Update. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Draft Plan Update is hereby approved in the form submitted to <br />Council and presently on file with the Clerk of Council. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed and directed to <br />mail or otherwise deliver promptly a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga <br />County Solid Waste Management Policy Committee. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; <br />and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio.
