Sanitary Sewers: The sanitary sewer system improvement consists of approximately 3,00 lineal feet of sanitary sewer including a collector main and manholes located along North Commons Boulevard and throughout the recreational area and parklands discharging to existing sanitary sewers located on White Road and S.O.M. Center Roads. Watermains: The 4,500 lineal feet of the water main rsect on of nWhite and S O 1~ Center Road and appurtenances from a point of connection at the m westerly along White Road, southerly along North Commons Boulevard and then easterly along North Commons Boulevard connecting either aersect on of S O.NI Center Road andoHi k ry Hi 1 Boulevard and S.O.M. Center Road near the int alon HiQ and Drive or further south through an easement into the existing water line running g ~ Road. Signalization: The improvement includes roadway s a e North Commons Bouleanvardl and 1ZWhite at the intersections of S.O.M. Center and White Ro , Road, Chagrin Commons Pazkview Boulevazd and S.O.NI. Center Road and the intersection of North Commons Boulevard and S.O.M. Center Road and Hickory Hill Drive. Recreational Facilities: Adjoining, adjacent and in close proximity to the roadways and throughout the development known as the North Chagrin Commons willob ls,ob kte caths and all- array of recreational facilities including but not limited to swi ublic art and an ainplutheater.
