<br />Exhibit A <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and being a <br />part of Lot No. ~ in Tract No. 1 in original Mayfield Township and further bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pipe found in a monument box at the intersection of the centerline of <br />S.O.M. Center Road (S.R 91) and the centerline of Midvale Ave. (50' wide); <br />Thence North O1°18'00" West along the centerline of said S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 185.29 <br />feet to a point; <br />Thence South 89°52'00" West along the northerly line of the Midvale Land Company's Fair Acres <br />Subdivision, as recorded in Cuyahoga County Records Map Volume 94 Page 34, a distance of <br />1046.38 feet to a capped iron pin set at the northeasterly corner of Sublot 33 within said <br />Subdivision, said point being the Principal Place of Beginning of the premises herein intended to be <br />described; <br />Course I Thence South 89°52'00" West continuing along the northerly line of said Subdivision a <br />distance of 950.16 feet to a capped iron pin set on the easterly right of way line of lands <br />conveyed to the State of Ohio, being State Route 271, as recorded in the State of Ohio <br />Records Volume 178 Page 31; <br />Course II Thence South 02°14'06" West along the easterly line of said State Route 271 a distance <br />of 370.84 feet to a capped iron pin found on the northerly line of lands conveyed to the <br />Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. by deed recorded in Volume 98-4478 Page 2 of <br />Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Course III Thence North 89°52'20" East along the southerly line of said Midvale Land <br />Company's Fair Acres Subdivision a distance of 885.50 feet to a capped iron pin set at <br />the southeasterly corner of Sublot 84 within said Subdivision; <br />Course IV Thence North 00°08'00" .West along the easterly line of said Sublot 84 a distance of <br />185.36 feet to a capped iron pin set on the centerline of Midvale Avenue; <br />Course V Thence North 89°52'00" East along the centerline of said Midvale Avenue a distance of <br />80.00 feet to a capped iron pin set; <br />Course VI Thence North 00°08'00" West along the easterly line of said Sublot 33, passing through <br />a capped iron pin found at a distance of 25.17 feet, a total distance of 185.25 feet to the <br />Principal Place of Beginning, containing 7.8080 acres of land as calculated and <br />described by Bruce R. Landeg, Registered Surveyor No. 7985, in January of 2000. <br />Bearings used herein are based on the Midvale Land Company's Fair Acres <br />Subdivision Plat as recorded in Cuyahoga County Records Map 94 Page 34. <br />A-1 <br />
