Exhibit A DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and being a part of Lot No. ~ in Tract No. 1 in original Mayfield Township and further bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe found in a monument box at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road (S.R 91) and the centerline of Midvale Ave. (50' wide); Thence North O1°18'00" West along the centerline of said S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 185.29 feet to a point; Thence South 89°52'00" West along the northerly line of the Midvale Land Company's Fair Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Cuyahoga County Records Map Volume 94 Page 34, a distance of 1046.38 feet to a capped iron pin set at the northeasterly corner of Sublot 33 within said Subdivision, said point being the Principal Place of Beginning of the premises herein intended to be described; Course I Thence South 89°52'00" West continuing along the northerly line of said Subdivision a distance of 950.16 feet to a capped iron pin set on the easterly right of way line of lands conveyed to the State of Ohio, being State Route 271, as recorded in the State of Ohio Records Volume 178 Page 31; Course II Thence South 02°14'06" West along the easterly line of said State Route 271 a distance of 370.84 feet to a capped iron pin found on the northerly line of lands conveyed to the Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. by deed recorded in Volume 98-4478 Page 2 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; Course III Thence North 89°52'20" East along the southerly line of said Midvale Land Company's Fair Acres Subdivision a distance of 885.50 feet to a capped iron pin set at the southeasterly corner of Sublot 84 within said Subdivision; Course IV Thence North 00°08'00" .West along the easterly line of said Sublot 84 a distance of 185.36 feet to a capped iron pin set on the centerline of Midvale Avenue; Course V Thence North 89°52'00" East along the centerline of said Midvale Avenue a distance of 80.00 feet to a capped iron pin set; Course VI Thence North 00°08'00" West along the easterly line of said Sublot 33, passing through a capped iron pin found at a distance of 25.17 feet, a total distance of 185.25 feet to the Principal Place of Beginning, containing 7.8080 acres of land as calculated and described by Bruce R. Landeg, Registered Surveyor No. 7985, in January of 2000.
