The bonds, unless paid from other <br />sources and subject to banlQUptcy laws and other laws affecting creditors' rights and to the exercise <br />of judicial discretion, are to be paid from the proceeds of the levy of ad valorem taxes on all <br />property subject to ad valorem taxes Levied by the Village, which taxes are within the ten-mill <br />limitation imposed by law. The maximum mat<aity of bond anticipation notes is twenty years from <br />the date such notes were first issued. The bond anticipation notes issued for Project No. 1 described <br />above were first issued on September 29, 1997. The bond anticipation notes issued far Project <br />No. 2 and Project No. 3 described above were fast issued on September 27, 1999. The proceeds of <br />the Notes and other funds of the Village will be used to retire bond anticipation notes now <br />outstanding in the principal amount of 54,500,000, which mature on September 27, 2000. <br />The Motes wi11 be prepared in typewritten or xerographically reproduced form at the <br />expense of the Village. if the original purchaser requests printed Notes, the original purchaser must <br />pay the expense of painting. <br />Delivery will be made without charge at such place in the State of Ohio as the original <br />purchaser shall designate, provided that mutually satisfactory arrangements for delivery outside the <br />State of Ohio at the expense of the original purchaser may be .made. It is anticipated that delivery <br />will be made on September ZQ 2000. The original purchaser must pay for the Notes by 10:00 a.m. <br />Eastern Daylight Saving Time on the date of delivery in Federal Reserve funds of the United States <br />of America. <br />CUSIP numbers and any CUSIP Service Bureau charge for the assignment of the <br />numbers are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
