r <br />SAMPLE RESOLUTION <br />(Input information where bolded or <br />/ /~Gl~.~~~rc[Ol V G~~~" / <br />blank lin''e//) <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE OFFICIAL I~NT AND REASONABLE EXPECTATION <br />OF THE (NAME OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT) ON.BEHALF OF THE STATE OF OHIO (THE <br />BORROWER) TO REIMBURSE ITS (NAME OF FUND) FOR THE (NAME OF OPWC <br />FUNDED PROJECT) WITH THE PROCEEDS OF TAX EXEMPT DEBT OF THE STATE OF <br />OHIO. L,l ~/ <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the (enter name of local government) on behalf of the State of Ohio that: <br />/~/ <br />Section 1. The (enter name of local government) reasonably expects to receive a <br />reimbursement for the [provide description of the project for which the expenditure is to be <br />reimbursed] as set forth in Appendix A of 'Elie Project Agreement with the proceeds of bonds to be <br />issued by the State of Ohio. <br />Section ~.
