Ordinance 2000-4I <br />ORDINANCE NO: 2000-41 <br />IlVTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />APPROPRIATING FUND5 FOR CURRENT EXPENSES & EXPENDITURES <br />OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OIIIO <br />FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2000 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2000 <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1: To provide for expenses for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period beginning January 1, 2000 and <br />ending December 31, 2000 the sums hereinafter set forth are appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND: That there be appropriated from the General Fund the sum of: <br />$8,795,230.55 <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING FUND: That there be appropriated from the Special <br />Assessment Street Lighting Fund the sum of: <br />$98,635.94 <br />POLICE PENSION FUND: That there be appropriated from the Police Pension Fund the sum of: <br />$51,093.00 <br />POLICE OPERATING FUND: That there be appropriated from the Police Operating Fund the sum of: <br />$125,000.00 <br />Mayfield Village 2000 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
