RESOLIJTION IVO. 99- 17 <br />INTRODl1CED Bl(: rVlayor Rinker and Council as a 1Nhole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQIJESTING THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY TREASURER <br />TO ADVANCE FROM THE PF20CEEDS OF TAX LEVIES <br />FOR THE COLLECTION YEAR 2000 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE Il" RESOLVED BY THE COlJNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />06lLLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />WHEREAS, Section 321-34 of the Ohio Revised Code provides that money in a <br />County Treasurer to the account of a local authority and lawfully applicable to the purpose <br />of the current fiscal year may be withdrawn by a municipality upon the proper request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has found and determined that sound fiscal policy requires <br />that such withdrawal be requested from Cuyahoga County Auditor and the Cuyahoga <br />County Treasurer. <br />SECTION 1. The Cuyahoga County Auditor be and is hereby requested to draw <br />warrants and the Treasurer of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby requested to pay the <br />Village of Mayfield all monies presently being held in the Cuyahoga County Treasury to <br />the account of the Village of Mayfield, lawfully applicable to the purpose of the fiscal year <br />2000. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed immediately to <br />forward a copy of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Auditor and the Cuyahoga <br />County Treasurer. <br />SECTlON 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this <br />Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory <br />requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4.
