_ ORDINANCE NO. 99- o~ <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-07 <br />WITH REGARDS TO THE DEDICATION OF VARIOUS <br />PORTIONS OF THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the approval of the Planning Commission, Ordinance No. <br />98-07 was adopted by the Village Council approving the dedication plat of Chagrin <br />Commons Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the name of Chagrin Commons Boulevard is being changed to "North <br />Commons Boulevard"; and <br />WHEREAS, an additional drive was added to the dedication plat, that being <br />Parkview Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, Village Council wishes to amend Ordinance No. 98-07 to reflect these <br />changes; and <br />WHEREAS, as with Ordinance No. 98-07, this dedication plat is considered to be <br />a preliminary approval, for record purposes only, and will not be finalized and accepted <br />for dedication purposes until such roadway has been constructed pursuant to the Codes <br />and specifications of the Village of Mayfield. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 98-07 is amended to reflect the name of the <br />dedication plat as being "North Commons Boulevard and Parkview Drive," for which <br />preliminary approval for record purposes only is granted, and final acceptance for <br />dedication purposes will be completed upon construction of the road pursuant to the <br />Codes and specifications of the Village of Mayfield. <br />SECTION 2. That the rest and remainder of Ordinance No. 98-07 shall remain as <br />presently drafted unless inconsistent with this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory <br />requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />
