Ordinance 99-OS <br />ORDINANCE NO: 99-08 ,,:; <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES & EXPENDITURES <br />OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1,1999 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1999 <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1 • To provide for expenses for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period beginning January' 1, 1999 <br />and ending December 31, 1999 the sums hereinafter set forth are appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND: That there be appropriated from the General Fund the sum of: <br />8,688,145.87 <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TREET LIGHTING FUND: That there be appropriated from the Special <br />Assessment Street Lighting Fund the sum of <br />79,462.75 <br />POLICE PENSION FUND: That there be appropriated from the Police Pension Fund the sum of: <br />51,093.00 <br />POLICE OPERATING FUND: That there be appropriated from the Police Operating Fund the sum of: <br />100,000.00 <br />Mayfield Village 1999 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 1 ofl <br />
