5-12-1999 3:26PM FRDM DIEMERT/ASSOC. 448 442 8825 P_2 <br /> <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL p~VtCE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this- day of May, 1999, <br />by and between the.Village of Mayfield, 6621 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio <br />44'143 (hereinafter "Mayfield Village"), and the City of Willoughby Hills, 35405 Chardon <br />Road, Willoughby Hills, Ohio X4094 (hereinafter "Willoughby Hills"), politics! <br />subdivisions of the State of Ohio, organized and existing under and by virtue of the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio. <br />V111TN~SSETH: <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with development in the area of S.O.M. Center Road <br />and White Road, a signal warrant analysis was conducted by URS Greiner Woodward <br />Clyde; and <br />WHEREAS, on the basis of this traffic signal warrant study, URS Greiner <br />Woodward Clyde established that in accordance with the Ohio Manual of Uniform <br />Traffic Control Devices and applicable laws and regulations of the State of Ohio one <br />warrant was met requiring a traffic control device to be installed at the intersection of <br />S.O.M. Cen#er Road and White Road to accommodate existing and projected increases <br />in motor vehicle traffic; and <br />WHEREAS, the above-described trafiFc signal is to be located on the border line <br />between Mayfield Village and Willoughby Hills; and <br />WHEREAS, Mayfield Village has propos®d to pay for, install and maintain said <br />traffic signal at its sole expense; and <br /> <br />
