<br />ORDINANCE NO. 99-22 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />SNACKS-N-STUFF, INC. <br />OF 1393 DILL ROAD, SOUTH EUCLID, OHIO 44121 <br />FOR FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS AND ANY OTHER <br />RELATED SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED AT A CONCESSION <br />STAND LOCATED AT THE PARKVIEW POOL <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mayfield will be opening Parkview Pool on or about <br />July 3, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village desires to enter into an agreement with Snacks-N-Stuff, Inc. <br />also known as Concessionaire for food and refreshments and other related services to be <br />provided at a concession stand located at Parkview Pool; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary and in the best interest of the <br />Village to enter into an agreement with Snacks-N-Stuff, Inc. for such food and <br />refreshments, as well as their related services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Mayor, President of Council and Director of Law are hereby and <br />herein authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Snacks-N-Stuff, Inc. for <br />food, refreshments and their related services located at the concession stand at Parkview <br />Pool, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in that contract, which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory <br />requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the <br />
