<br />Z, Purchase Price. The purchase price (the "Purchase Price") for the

<br />C. Buyer`s obligation to pay the Purchase Price wilt be represer!ted
<br />by a Promissory Note payable to Seller, and secured by a purchase money
<br />mortgage, such Promissory Note-end Mortgage to be delivered by Buyer at
<br />Closing. Buyer shall have the option of prepaying any amounts described in this
<br />Section 2 at any time, without penalty.
<br />D: The parties acknowledge and agree that Buyer shalt pay to Seller
<br />instatlrrlertts of the Purchase Price as described to 5tctton 2A, or Section 2P (i}
<br />even if the Cbsing has not yet occurred prior to any of the dates for payment of
