Center Road a distance of 221.37 feet to the Southeasterly comer of land conveyed to Gladys Rivers by deed recorded in Volume 95-2208, Page 1 of Cuyahoga~County Records; Thence North 89°21'08" West along the Southerly line of land so conveyed to Gladys Rivers a distance of 50.00 feet to capped iron pin set at the principal place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; Thence South 1 ° 15' 18" West, a distance of 221.39 feet to a capped iron pin set; " Thence South 0°00'00" West, a distance of 990.62 feel to a capped iron pin set in the Northerly line of land conveyed to Kenneth E.
