EXHIBIT A-2 <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and <br />known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot Nos. 15 and 25, Tract No. 1, and <br />being further bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at a 1 inch diameter iron pin monument found in the centerline of <br />S.O.M. Center Road, (S.R 91), 60 feet wide, at its intersection with the Southerly line <br />said Original Lot No. 15; - <br />Thence South 0°00'00" V4'est, along said centerline of S.O.M. Center Road a <br />distance of 990.74 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to the Kenneth E. <br />Zako by deed recorded in Volume 15234, Page 665 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence North 89°14'00" West along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to <br />Kenneth E. Zako, and passing through a 1 inch diameter iron pipe (observed 0.18 feet <br />South) at 30.00 feet in the Westerly line of S.O.M. Center Road, a distance of 50.00 feet <br />to capped iron pin set; <br />Thence North 00°00'00" East, a distance of 990.62 feet to a capped iron pin set; <br />Thence North 1°15' 18" East, a distance of 221.39 feet to a capped iron pin set in <br />the Southerly line of land conveyed to Gladys Rivers by deed recorded in Volume 95- <br />2208, Page 1 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence South 89°21'08" East, along said Southerly line and passing through a 3/4 <br />inch diameter iron pin found (observed 0.21 feet West) at 20.00 feet in the Westerly line <br />of S.O.M. Center Road, a distance of 50.00 feet to the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road; <br />Thence South 1 ° 15' 18" West, along the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road a <br />distance of 221.37 feet to place of beginning and containing 13911 Acres of land, of <br />which 0.8347 is occupying the present Right of Way, be the same more or less as <br />surveyed by Stephen Hovancsek and Associates, Inc., Registered Surveyor No. 5160, <br />State of Ohio in January 1998, but subject to all legal highways. Bearings are to an <br />assumed meridian and are used to denote angles only.
