Exhibit A -Ord. 98-21
EXHIBIT "A"
The Project to be constructed and financed, in part, by an Ohio EPA Water Pollution Control
Fund includes sanitary sewer extensions and storm sewers and stormwater management bio-
engineered facilities to treat and detain stormwater runoff all associated with the 290 acre
northwest quadrant development and associated roadways being constructed or widened. The
project may be constructed in up to four phases considering available funding and development
demands.
The Sanitary Sewers include an extensions from White Road and S.O.M. Center roads along
North Chagrin Commons road tying into existing Cuyahoga County Sanitary Sewers which
convey the flows to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District Treatment Facilities.
The Storm Sewers include sewers along North Chagrin Commons, White Road, and S.O.M.
Center Road.
The sedimentation and new constructed wetlands will be located in the center of the northwest
quadrant development and will be integrated with existing wetlands to create a 30 acre
environmental/educational center which preserves existing wetlands and integrates best
management practices for stormwater management by pretreating runoff, providing storage,
retention and treatment prior to residual flows entering into the recieving stream. This effort is
being coordinated with Cleveland Metro Pazks and Chagrin River Watershed Partners.
