Ordinal:ce 98-37 <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Parkview Pool Fund the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($750,000.00); <br />F. Transfer from the Capital Improvement Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Five Hundred <br />Thousan Dollars ($500,000.00); and <br />G. Transfer from the Muncipal Center Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Six Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($600,000.00); and <br />H. Transfer from the Worton Park Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund <br />the sum of Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Eight and 19/100 Dollars ($10,958.19); and <br />I. Transfer from the Wilson Mills Corridor Improvement Project to the General Bond Retirement Fund the <br />sum of Forty Five Thousand, Six Hundred One and 47/100 Dollars ($45,601.47); and <br />J. Advance from the General Fund to Northwest Quadrant Project Fund the sum of One Million Dollars <br />($l,ooo,ooo.oo); and <br />K. The Repayment of an advance from the Recreation Fund to the General fund in the sum of Three <br />Thounsand Dollars($3,000.00); and <br />L. The repayment of an advance from the Performance Bond Fund to the General Fund of Twenty Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take <br />effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council <br />and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />
