Ordinance 98-46 <br />S.O_M. CENTER ROAD WIDENING PROJECT FUND: That there be appropriated from the S.O.M. Center <br />Road Widening Project Fund the sum of <br />$49,500 <br />PARKVIEW POOL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FUND: That there be appropriated from the Parkview <br />Pool Construction Project Fund the sum of: <br />$478,500 <br />OBBC PERMIT FEE FLTIND: That there be appropriated from the OBBC Permit Fee Fund the sum of <br />$165 <br />MAYFIELD ~1 I(~ CEMETERY TRUST FiJND: That there be appropriated from the Mayfield Union <br />Cemetery Trust Fund the sum of: <br />$41 <br />PERFORMANCE BOND FUND: That there be appropriated from the Performance Bond Fund the sum of <br />$18,810 <br />CONTRACTORS' RETAINAGE ACCOUNT FUND: That there be appropriated from the Contractors' <br />Retainage Account Fund the sum of: <br />Total Budget <br />$25,245 <br />$5,486,741 <br />Section ~ The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 3 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of <br />this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with <br />all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />4 <br />
