<br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO
<br />CONSTRUCT NORTH CHAGRIN COMMONS BOULEVARD
<br />AND CHAGRIN COMMONS PARKVIEW BOULEVARD,
<br />EACH BETWEEN CERTAIN TERMINI, BY GRADING,
<br />DRAINING, EXCAVATING, PAVING WITH CONCRETE AND
<br />CONSTRUCTING A BICYCLE PATH, CURBS, WATER
<br />MAINS, SANITARY SEWERS, SERVICE CONNECTIONS,
<br />VALVES, FIRE HYDRANTS, STORM SEWERS, CATCH
<br />BASINS, MANHOLES AND VAULTS, ALL AS MORE
<br />SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE PLANS OF THE
<br />VILLAGE'S CONSULTING ENGINEER AND TOGETHER
<br />WITH THE NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO.
<br />WHEREAS, the owner of one hundred percent of the area of the property benefited
<br />and to be specially assessed for the improvement described in Section 1 has petitioned this Council
<br />for the improvement, wluch petition has been approved by this Council and is currently on file
<br />with the Clerk of Council;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Mayfield Village,
<br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that:
<br />Section 1: It is declared necessary to construct a road to be known as North Chagrin
<br />Commons Boulevard in Mayfield Village, from White Road at a point approximately 1,000 feet
<br />west of the intersection of White Road with S.O.M. Center Road thence south approximately
<br />2,825 feet and terminating at a point located at the property line of the property formerly
<br />lalown as the Associated Estates property and from there, a second road known as Chagrin
<br />Commons Parlcview Boulevard, approximately 610 feet east and terminating at the intersection
<br />of Chagrin Commons Parkview Boulevard with S.O.M. Center Road by grading, draining,
<br />excavating, paving with concrete and constructing a bicycle path, curbs, water mains, sanitary
<br />sewers, service connections, valves, fire hydrants, storm sewers, catch basins, mai~lloles and
<br />vaults, as more specifically described in the petition for that improvement and the plans of the
<br />Village's consulting engineer and together with the necessary appurtenances thereto.
<br />Section 2: The plans, specifications, profiles and estimate of cost of the improvement,
<br />prepared by URS Greiner, engineering consultants to the Village, and now on file in the office of
<br />the Clerlc of Council, are approved. The improvement shall be made in accordance with, and the
<br />grade of the improvement and of any street shall be the grade as shown on, the plans,
<br />specifications and profiles for the improvement.
