Exhibit A Legal Description of Property to be Assessed Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of the lands conveyed to the Village of Mayfield by deed recorded in Volume 97-11623, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records, of part of Original Mayfield Township Lot Nos. 5 and 15, Tract No. 1, and is further bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a 2 inch diameter iron pipe found (observed 0.17 feet South and 0.13 feet East) in the Westerly line of S.O.M. Center Road, (S.R. 91), 60 feet wide, at its intersection with the Southerly line of The Midvale Land Company's Fair Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 94 of Maps, Page 34 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence North 88°57'47" West, along said Southerly line a distance of 820.00 feet to capped iron pin set at the principal place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; Thence South 17°34'07" East, a distance of 671.68 feet to a capped iron pin set at a point of curve; Thence Southeasterly along a curved line deflecting to the right, an arc distance of 239.61 feet to a capped iron pin set at a point of tangency, said curved line having a radius of 750.00 feet and a chord which bears South 8°24'58" East, 238.59 feet; Thence South 0°44' 10" West, a distance of 346.39 feet to a capped iron pin set at a point of curve; Thence Southwesterly along a curved line deflecting to the right, an azc distance of 472.63 feet to a capped iron pin set in the Northerly line of land conveyed to Transportation Recoveries Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 97-11876, Page 01 of Cuyahoga County Records, said curved line having a radius of 600.00 feet and a chord which bears South 23°18'09" West, 460.50 feet; Thence North 89°23'28" West, along said Northerly line a~distance of 1313.32 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin found in the Easterly Limited Right of Way line of State Highway No. T, (Interstate 271); -- Thence North 3°14'40" East, along said Easterly Limited Right of Way line of State Highway No. 1, (Interstate 271), a distance of 1655.53 feet to a capped iron pin set in the Southerly line of The Midvale Land Company's Fair Acres Subdivision, aforesaid; _ Thence South 88°57'47" East, along said Southerly line a distance of 1168.70 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 52.3233 acres of land, be the same more or less as surveyed by Stephen Hovancsek and Associates, Inc., Registered Surveyor No. 5160, State of Ohio in October 1997, but subject to all legal highways. Bearings aze to an assumed meridian and aze used to denote angles only. All capped iron pins are 5/8 inch diameter rebaz, 30 inches long, with a plastic cap mazked SH&A 5160.
