During the term of this Agreement, the Employer will maintain the current level of <br />medical, dental and prescription drug benefits as long as the total annual premium cost does not <br />exceed the amounts listed below. It is understood and agreed that the Village will establish a"Health Care Task <br />Force" comprised of appropriate representatives of the Village administration and Village <br />employees, including representatives of the F.O.P. The Task Force will be expected to study the <br />problems of health care and health care cost containment and then formulate recommendations <br />which will be considered by the Village. <br />Section 28.3. Effective January 1, 2009, employee contributions shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00) <br />per month per member for family coverage and Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per month per <br />member for single coverage, which shall be deducted from each employee's pay through <br />automatic payroll deduction. Effective January 1, 2011, employee contributions will increase by <br />25% of any premiums paid over the 2010 Base Year. Any change in employee contributions <br />will be calculated by the Employer's Finance Director and reviewed with the Health Care Taslc <br />Force prior to communication with the employees and prior to implementation of any such <br />change. <br />26
