such bicycle, tricycle or unicycle other than upon a firmly attached and regular seat <br />thereon, nor shall any person ride upon a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle other than upon <br />such a firmly attached and regular seat. <br />(i) No bicycle, tricycle or unicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time <br />than the number for which it is designed and equipped. <br />(j) No person shall operate a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle at a speed greater than is <br />reasonable and proper under the conditions then existing. <br />(k) The operator of a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle emerging from an alley, <br />driveway or building shall, upon approaching a sidewalk or the sidewalk area <br />extending across any alley or driveway, yield the right of way to all pedestrians <br />approaching on such sidewalk area and upon entering the street shall yield the right of <br />way to all vehicles approaching such street. <br />(1) No person shall engage in trick riding or operate a bicycle or tricycle without <br />both hands upon the handle grips except when necessary to give the hand signals <br />required herein. <br />(m) No person operating a bicycle or tricycle shall carry any package, bundle or <br />article in such a manner as to take either hand from the handle bars. <br />(n) No person operating a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle, coaster, skateboard, roller <br />skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any vehicle. <br />(o) No person shall park a bicycle, h-icycle or unicycle upon a sidewalk or bicycle <br />trail in such a manner as to interfere with pedestrian traffic or damage the property of <br />another. <br />(p) No person shall park a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle upon a roadway in such a <br />manner as to interfere with vehicular traffic. <br />(Ord. 2009-12. Passed 4-20-09.) <br />rs 1 POLICE MAY REMOVE UNATTENDED VEHICLE WHICH <br />OBSTRUCTS TRAFFIC. <br />Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended upon any street, shared-use <br />trai bridge or causeway, or in any tunnel, where such vehicle constitutes an <br />obstruction to traffic, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the <br />nearest garage or other place of safety.
