Passed 2-18-08.) <br />138.02 PETTY CASH FUND. <br />(a) In accordance with all requirements imposed by the State of Ohio, there are hereby <br />established Petty Cash Funds in the Building Department in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), <br />to be disbursed, accounted for, and replaced in accordance with all applicable provisions of law. <br />(Ord. 2006-14. Passed 4-24-06.) <br />(b) The Finance Department is authorized and directed to provide such cash to the Building <br />Department and to replenish such funds as expenditures are made in accordance with procedures to be <br />established by the Finance Department in accordance with State requirements. <br />(Ord. 81-7. Passed 2-16-81.) <br />138.03 BUILDING INSPECTORS/PLAN EXAMINERS. <br />(a) The Building Commissioner shall appoint such Building Inspectors and Plan Examiners as <br />deemed necessary. <br />(b) All Building Inspectors and Plan Examiners shall be subordinate to the Building <br />Commissioner and shall perform such duties as directed by the Building Commissioner in order to <br />properly conduct the business of the Building Department. <br />
