ORDINANCE N0.2015-24 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 955.04 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES RELATIVE TO THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS FROM COUNCIL ON THE COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Council desires to amend 955.04 of the codified ordinances to only require two of the Council members on the committee to be "At-Large"; and WHEREAS, such amendment is desired by Council at the earliest possible time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That Section 955.04 of the codified ordinances of the Village of Mayfield is hereby and herein amended to read as follows: 955.04 DRAINAGE AND INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE. The Drainage and Infrastructure Committee shall consist of the Service Director, Building Commissioner, Village Engineer, two (2) Village residents appointed. by the Mayor, and three (3) age Council members, two (2) of which shall be "At Large". Only the two Village residents and three Council members shall be voting members on this Committee. SECTION 2. All other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions ofthis Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio. It shall,
