J <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2017-08 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE • <br />CREATING CERTAIN POSITIONS <br />-- -- - - -- - - - - AND COMPENSAT--ION RELATED-T-HERETO---- - - - - - - -- --- - <br />FOR THE VILLAGE'S 2017 SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the Mayfield Village Parks and Recreation Board is in the process of <br />establishing and preparing'for the 2017 Summer Camp Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mayfield will solely sponsor the Mayfield Village <br />Summer Camp; and <br />WHEREAS; Mayfield Village Parks and • Recreation will receive twenty-five <br />percent (25%) profit from the annual offering of Teen Adventure Camp jointly sponsored <br />by Mayfield Village and Mayfield Heights Recreation; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Board to <br />contract out for certain summer camp employees; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village of Mayfield to authorize the Mayfield <br />Village Summer Camp and to authorize those positions and salaries as hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: • <br />SECTION 1. The Mayfield Village Parks and Recreation Board's establishment of <br />the Mayfield Village Summer Camp are hereby and herein authorized, and the positions <br />for the operation of same are established as hereinafter set forth with the compensation for <br />each position category indicated adjacent thereto for the 2017 Summer Camp Season: <br />
