PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />This PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this day of <br />2017, between Keyan Nasseri and Nadette Nasseri ("Sellers") of 586 <br />S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio and the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, ("Buyer") an <br />Ohio municipal corporation located at 6622 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143. <br />Authorization to enter into this Agreement was ratified by Buyer in Ordinance 2017.09 which <br />became effective on <br />Apri1917, 2017. (See Exhibit A, attached). <br />WHEREAS, SELLERS agree to sell to BUYER and BUYER agrees to purchase the <br />.following described real estate, with any appurtenances, located in the County of Cuyahoga, <br />Village of Mayfield, and State of Ohio: <br />586 S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-11-015. <br />The terms of the Purchase Agreement are as follows: <br />1. PURCHASE PRICE AND CLOSING DATE. The SELLERS agree to sell and <br />the BUYER agrees to purchase the real estate set forth above for the sum of Two Hundred and <br />Twenty=Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00), which will be payable in full on the date set for <br />Closing of this matter; that being <br />("Closing"). <br />2. THE PREMISES. 'The purchase price of the premises and personal property <br />shall include: the premises,. the building and improvements therein, all fixtures, specifically but <br />not limited to all electrical, heating, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, all light bulbs, landscaping, <br />window .and door shades, screen and storm windows, all curtains, drapes and rods, and all <br />hanging lighting fixtures. SELLERS shall remove from the. premises prior to the date of <br />possession any personal property not to be purchased by BUYER hereunder; such property shall <br />___ be removed without injury to the premises. <br />E~:HIBIT A <br />
