Such design shall not, only be functional but beautiful and environmentally <br />appropriate as well. <br />(34) The Landscape Architect shall provide for a detailed report of all his proceedings <br />and shall submit a copy of his recommendations to the Mayor, Building <br />Commissioner,'C°'''~~^° T`"'°^*^'' and/or the developer or contractor, as appropriate.
