<br />(A) Membership. The Ordinance Review Committee shall consist of:
<br />(1) The Mayor or his/her designee;
<br />(2) The President of Council or his/her designee, who shall be another member of Council;
<br />(3) The Building Commissioner; and
<br />(4) Three 3) residents of the municipality who shall be citizens and electors, appointed by
<br />the Mavor and confirmed b~jority of Council.
<br />The Law Deparhnent shall have a representative at each meetin>?, who will be a non-votin};
<br />member.
<br />~B) Term. The residents appointed by the Mavor shall each serve a term of two years.
<br />(C) Vacanc~~ppointed resident is unable to complete his/her term, the Mavor will
<br />appoint a replacement to complete the unexpired term, subject to the confirmation of Council.
