ORDINANCE NO.: 2016-OS INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REPEALING VILLAGE ORDINANCE NUMBER 2015-24 RELATIVE TO THE COMPOSITION OF TAE DRAINAGE AND INFRASTRUCTURE COMIVATTEE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance Number 2015-24, the Village amended Section 955.04 ofthe Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances regarding the composition of the Drainage and Infrastructure Committee to require that only two of the Council members on the Committee be "At-Large" members of Council; and WHEREAS, the Village has deemed it in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of all residents to repeal Ordinance Number 2015-24 in its entirety. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Ordinance Number 2015-24 is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. All other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
