153.18 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 46-P <br />(4) Any employee who leaves the employ of the Village for other employment <br />within two (2) years after reimbursement of tuition costs shall reimburse the <br />Village for said reimbursed tuition costs. <br />(5) In order to be eligible for reimbursement, the employee must obtain a grade <br />of "C" or better in the course or, in the case of a class taken on a <br />"pass/fail" basis, a "pass" must be obtained. <br />(6) The amount of tuition reimbursed shall be limited to the amount of the then <br />current per credit hour cost charged by the institution the employee attends, <br />not in any event to exceed the rate charged by Cleveland State University <br />at the time of the employee's reimbursement request. <br />(Ord. 2014-10. Passed 3-3-14.) <br />153.18 SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL. <br />EDITOR'S NOTE: See Article III, Section 6 of the City Charter. <br />153.19 COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF PLANNING AND ZONING <br />COMMISSION, BOARD OF APPEALS AND ARCHITECTURAL <br />REVIEW BOARD. <br />Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and <br />Architectural Review Board will be compensated for regular meetings and workshops per the <br />following schedule: <br />Planning and Zoning Commission $50.00 per meeting or workshop <br />Board of Zoning Appeals $50.00 per meeting or workshop <br />Architectural Review Board $50.00 per meeting or workshop <br />(Ord. 2014-10. Passed 3-3-14.) <br />153.20 DEFERRED COMPENSATION PROGRAM. <br />(a) The Village hereby adopts a plan under the Ohio Public Employees Deferred <br />Compensation Program which extends to all eligible employees of the Municipality the opportunity <br />to join such program. <br />(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the Ohio <br />Public Employees Deferred Compensation Board, which agreement shall be in a form approved <br />by the Finance Director and Director of Law, and which agreement shall authorize the Ohio Public <br />Employees Deferred Compensation Board to offer a plan under the Ohio Public Employees <br />Deferred Compensation Program to all eligible employees of the Municipality and thereafter to <br />administer the plan on behalf of such employees. <br />2016 C Replacement <br />
