~' <br />ORDINANCE N0.2016~~20~ (as amended) ~ `~ <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whple <br />1~a rr~ <br />q~~ <br />~~ ~ ~fl <br />~~ <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />REVISING THE ZONING MAP OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE <br />SO AS TO REZONE 2.084 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE <br />OF S.O.M. CENTER ROAD AND NORTH OF WILSON MILLS ROAD <br />AND KNOWN AS PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER 831-15-003 <br />FROM ITS CURRENT CLASSIFICATION OF U-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />TO OFFICE-LABORATORY DISTRICT; <br />AND TO SUBMIT THE SAME TO A VOTE OF THE ELECTORS <br />WHEREAS, the Village has received a request to rezone a certain parcel of land from a <br />Single Family Residential District to anOffice-Laboratory District; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located on the North side of Wilson Mills Road and <br />West of SOM Center Road and is known as Permanent Parcel Number 831-15-003; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed rezoning measure has been referred to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for report and recommendation per Article III, Sections 12 and 13, of the Mayfield <br />Village Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed rezoning <br />measure at its regular meeting of Monday, August 1, 2016 per Article III, Sections 12 acid 13, of the <br />Mayfield Village Charter, and did not approve the same; and <br />WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been read at two successive Council meetings, and <br />thereafter a public hearing was held at least thirty (30) days after the second reading, and prior to the <br />third reading thereof, after having been advertised for thirty (30) days in advance in a newspaper of <br />general circulation throughout the Village, per Article III, Section 13 of the Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance will be referred to the Mayfield Village electors at the next <br />general or regularly scheduled primary or special election to beheld in the Village more than sixty <br />days after the approval of this Ordinance by Council for approval by the voters, per Article III, <br />Section 13 of the Mayfield Village Charter. <br />U:ICOUNCIL\COUNCIL 20] 6\ordinances\20 - Moyal Rezoning Ord amended.doc <br />
