2.6 Per the Village's Stormwater Service Agreement, the Village shall waive all Village permitting requirements and other fees related to performance of the Beecher's Brook .Project. 2.7 The Village shall assist the District to obtain any necessary property rights from private property owners to complete the Beecher's Brook Project. 2.8 The Village shall assist the District with public outreach and participate, as requested, in public presentations. 2.9 The Village shall grant a permanent easement to the District for the District's Project. ARTICLE 3.0 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE 3.1 The construction schedule shall be provided to the Village by the District once available. Work hours for any construction work shall be Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. No construction work shall be performed outside the foregoing timeframe unless otherwise approved by the Village. ARTICLE 4.0 TERM 4.1 This Agreement shall begin on the date first above written and expire upon successful completion of the obligations contained herein.
