2.6 Per the Village's Stormwater Service Agreement, the Village shall waive all Village <br />permitting requirements and other fees related to performance of the Beecher's Brook <br />.Project. <br />2.7 The Village shall assist the District to obtain any necessary property rights from private <br />property owners to complete the Beecher's Brook Project. <br />2.8 The Village shall assist the District with public outreach and participate, as requested, in <br />public presentations. <br />2.9 The Village shall grant a permanent easement to the District for the District's Project. <br />ARTICLE 3.0 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />3.1 The construction schedule shall be provided to the Village by the District once available. <br />Work hours for any construction work shall be Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 A.M. <br />to 6:00 P.M. No construction work shall be performed outside the foregoing timeframe <br />unless otherwise approved by the Village. <br />ARTICLE 4.0 TERM <br />4.1 This Agreement shall begin on the date first above written and expire upon successful <br />completion of the obligations contained herein. <br />ARTICLE 5.0 DISPUTE RESOLUTION <br />5.1 The District and the Village shall continue the performance of their obligations under this <br />Agreement notwithstanding the existence of a dispute. <br />5.2 The Parties shall first try to resolve the dispute at the level of the designated representatives <br />as follows: <br />District's Re resentative(s) Villa e's Re resentative(s) <br />Kristen Buccier, Project Manager Thomas Cappello, Mayfield Village Engineer <br />(216) 881-6600, ext. 6476 (216) 731-6255 <br /> Doug Metzung, Mayfield Village Director of <br /> Service (440) 442-5507 <br />Kyle Dreyfuss-Wells, Deputy Director of <br />Watersheds Programs <br />(216) 881-6600, ext. 6880 <br />If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute at that level within ten (10) working days, <br />the Parties shall escalate the dispute to the following level to resolve the dispute: <br />4 <br />
