Exhibit A <br />Software <br />1. Description of 911 Cellular Software Product <br />A. The 911 Cellular Software System contains three components that work in tandem, a website management tool, a <br />mobile application and a computer duress button, more specifically defined as follows: <br />I. The mobile application, titled 911Shield can be downloaded through various "App Marketplaces" by approved <br />faculty, staff and students and contains the following features: Mobile duress buttons, iReports and safety checks, al] features <br />are in version 1.0. The duress button is used to connect students, faculty and staff directly to Licensee' law enforcement, <br />iReports are used to send school administrators and' Licensee's police photos and videos as evidence and the safety checks <br />and used to promote safety during activities that are conducted alone. <br />II. The computer duress button is able to be installed on PC's throughout the district and can send safety forces a silent <br />notification with either two clicks on the icon or by typing the pre-assigned keys in the proper order. <br />ill. The website management tool is made available to Licensee's staff, as defined in the above terms, in order <br />to obtain and display necessary information from the app users. Such information shall be provided to Licensee by app users <br />on a voluntary basis. All information will be accessible through the website management tool provided by 911Cellular. <br />2. Specifications and Functional Requirements <br />A. The 911Cellular Software System requires Licensee to have desktop computers or mobile devices with intemet <br />access and a recently updated web browser (updated within the last one year). The 911Cellular mobile application <br />requires users to have smartphones. <br />3. Documentation <br />A. During the training, Licensee will be provided training materials, which may include PowerPoint presentations, hand- <br />outs, skill tests and other materials, which are strictly confidential. As well, 911Cellular will provide Licensee <br />materials which help train new app users. <br />{4237816:6} <br />
