<br />The minutes of.the regular meeting held April 20th, 1942 vvere read to the
<br />Council. It vra.s moved by Mr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Franz, that the minutes of the
<br />regulur meeting held Apri120th, 1942, be approved as read.

<br />purcY!ase a fire siren to 'be used for air raid warnings.

<br />Municipalities and Their Inhabitants I?uring the Present Emergencye" It vras moved by
<br />IllIr. Fraxiz, seconded by Mr. Barnum, that the rules of lativ requiring ordina.nces to be read
<br />on three different days be dispensed with and that Ordinance No. 208 be placed on its
<br />final passage.
