Barnu.m, Franz, Young, Parker and Heiss. <br />Absent, Idts•. Reeser. <br />The minutes of.the regular meeting held April 20th, 1942 vvere read to the <br />Council. It vra.s moved by Mr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Franz, that the minutes of the <br />regulur meeting held Apri120th, 1942, be approved as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, I4'Iessrs. Barnum, Franz, Young, Parker and Heiss. <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion passed. <br />P;4inutes approved. <br />It was moved by Pvlr. Franz, seconded by Dlir. Young introduced Ordinance Idoe 208,,entitled "An Ordinance to Approve and Enter <br />Into an Agreement for the Joint Exercise of PoyJers Conferred on PdIunicipalities by the <br />Constitution and General Laws of the State of Ohio to protect the Lives and Property of <br />Municipalities and Their Inhabitants I?uring the Present Emergencye" It vras moved by <br />IllIr. Fraxiz, seconded by Mr. Barnum, that the rules of lativ requiring ordina.nces to be read <br />on three different days be dispensed with and that Ordinance No. 208 be placed on its <br />final passage. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Nessrs.
