It was then moved by Mr. Zingelmann, secanded by Mr. Denning, that such permission.-. be granted to continue until further order of the Council. Mre Denning then introdueed Resolution No. 141 entitled °1A Re- solution to Amend Section I of Resolution Noo 138 Heretafore gassed by this Council" which Resolution was rea.d ta the Council. It was then moved by Mr. Denning, seconded b3r Mrm Frf:n.z, that the rules of law re- quiring Resolutions to be read on three d3fferent days be suspended and that Resalution No. 141 be pl.aced upon its final passage.
