Toivn Ha.ll for Churph services after January, 1946, pending the erection <br />of a new Church edifice made necessary by the recent fire. It was then <br />moved by Mr. Zingelmann, secanded by Mr. Denning, that such permission.-. <br />be granted to continue until further order of the Council. <br />Roll Call: l?yes - Messrs Franz, Swanson, Denning, Zingelmann' <br />Parker and Heiss. <br />Nays e None. <br />Motfon Carried. <br />Mre Denning then introdueed Resolution No. 141 entitled °1A Re- <br />solution to Amend Section I of Resolution Noo 138 Heretafore gassed by <br />this Council" which Resolution was rea.d ta the Council. It was then <br />moved by Mr. Denning, seconded b3r Mrm Frf:n.z, that the rules of law re- <br />quiring Resolutions to be read on three d3fferent days be suspended and <br />that Resalution No. 141 be pl.aced upon its final passage. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Franz' Swanson, Denning; Zirigelmann., <br />Parker and Heiss. <br />iV,a.ys T-_ None. <br />Motion Carriede <br />It was then moved b,y Mr. Denninga secanded by Mr. Franz, that Re- <br />_ solution No. 141 be passed as reade Roll Cs1I: Ayes - N:essrs Franz, Swanaon' Denning9 Zinge].mann9 <br />Parker and Heissa <br />Nays - None. <br />PAotion Carried. <br />R.esoluticn Passedm <br />Then insued discussion concerning the financial condition of the <br />Vil].age and w-ays and means for conserving funds were discussede It was <br />then moved by Mra Franz, seconded by Mre Parker., thata in.order to conserve <br />Vi].lage funds, the Village suspend the garbage collections for the months <br />of Januaxy9 February., March and April, 1946e <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes - Messrs Franz and Parker. <br />Nays - Messrs Swanson9 Denning' Zingelmann and Heiss. <br />Motion Lost. <br />It?was then moved by Mr. Parker, seconded'.by Nlr. Heiss that the <br />Solicitor examine into the possibilities of obta.ining a Court Order '' <br />approving the transfer of $2,000.00 from the Maintenance and.
