A Motion was made by Mr. Swanson, seconded by Mre.,Parker, that the Mayfield Volunteer Fire Department buy and pay for out of tneir special fund a$175•00 five horse-power Fire Sirene The pur- chase price of $175.00 is-to be refunded to the Fire Department from the Special Fire Levy Fund when such money is received by the-Village. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Franz, Swanson, Sloan, Zingelmann, Parker and Heiss. Nays - None. Motion Carried. Mr. Swanson reported the recomrnendations of the Village Planning-Commission.in rega.rd to the change in the buildino line set oack on S.O.Me Center and Wilson's Mills Road ar.d the extension of ' the business district on the west side of S.O.N. Center Road south of Wilson's Mills Roado The Council set Monday, June 30, 1947, at 7:30 P.M. as the date for the Public Hearing to consider these recoimnendations. Mro Swanson also reported that the Proposed Aintree Park Subdivision #1 Plat had been app-roved by the Planning Comrnission. The Mayor appointed George Yager a member of the Volunteer Fire Department. A Motion was made by Mr. Heiss, seconded by Mr. Zinoelmann, that the appointment of George Yager be approved by the Councila Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Fra.nz, Swanson' Sloan, Zingelmann, Parker and Heiss. Nays - None. Motion Carriede A Motion was ma.de by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Zingelmann, that the sides of Seneca and Glenview Road be gra.ded and leveled off. Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs. Franz, Swanson, Sloan, Zingelmann, Park2r a.nd Heiss. Nays - None. Motion Carried. A Motion was mads by Mr. Zingelma.nn, seconded by Mr. Heiss, that ivlr. Franz and Mr. Heiss see that these roads were properly sur- faced, the cost not to exceed $500.00o Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.
