WHERFAS$ this Council on the 25th day of August, 19479 duly passed a resolution for the submission to the electors of this Vi"llaae of the question of the issuance of bonds in the sum of $6,000 and of the levy of a tax to provide for the pa.y?nent thereof at the reoular Noveriber election to be h@_Lr], on tYie fourt:n day of November, 1947; and WHEREAS, t'ne County Auditor of Cuyahoga County has certified to this Village that in acco.rdance with his calcizlation, the average annual tax levy throuohout the life of the bonds which would be reouired to pay tlie interest on a.nd retire such bonds,, assumiin?g that they a.re all issued in one series and that the amount of the tax list of this Villaae reinains the same throughout the life of said bonds as the amount of the list for the current year, is O.g932 mi11s for each one dollar of valuation9 which amounts to 8.932 cents fo.r e?eh one hundred doll.ars of ealuationo . NOW; THi'REFOF.E., be it resolved by the Council of the Village of May-f'ield that this Gouncil proceed with the issuance of said bonds and tha.t the Clerk of this Council be and lze is hereby directed to ce-ctify to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga. The vote having resulted in a tie, the-Mayor vo-'ted "Aye" and the Resolution was adopted, Motion Carried. ? Resolution Adopted.
