A motion hTas made by Mr. Franz, seconded by Mr. Parlcer, that <br />the S.O.M. Center Sidewalk Bonds, listed a,s follows: <br />Bond #4 of $1000 issued Oct.1,1928 a-nd matured Oct. 1,1933 <br />Bond #4 of $100 issued JulY 15'1930 and matured JulY 15, 1934 <br />Bond #5 of $100 issued JulY 155,1930 and matured JulY 15, 1934 <br />Coupon #9,Bond 5 of $3 issued JulY 15,1930 and matured Jar_.15,1935 <br />Coupon #lO,Bond 5 of $3 issued July 15,1930 a.nd matured July 15'1935 <br />held as an investment in the Bond Retirement F1znd being long past due, <br />be cancelled and eliminated from the bonded debt. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Franz, Swanson' Sloan, Pa-rker, <br />Zingelmann a.nd Heiss. <br />N2ys - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Ordinance Noo 267 entitled "An Ord.ina.nce Fixing the R.a.te of <br />Compensa.tion for Snow Plowing" ha.ving been given its third reading, <br />a motion was made by Mr. Palker, seconded by Mr. Zingelmann tha.t <br />Ordinance AIo. 267 be pa.ssed as reada <br />Roll Calla Ayes - Messrs. Franz, Swanson, Sloan, Parker, <br />Zingelmann and Heiss. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carriede <br />Ordinance Passedo <br />Mre Dorn reported thG.t the Treasurer of Ma.yfield Village had <br />declared that ther•e were sufficient funds in the Bond Retirement <br />FS.ind to purchase the Six Thousand Dollar ($6,000.00) Fire Apparatus <br />Bonds, that the declaration had been varified and therefo-re the <br />Fire Apparatus Bonds are sold to the Village of Mayfieldm <br />A motion was made by hfr. Parker, seconded by NIr. S-rranson, <br />that the Village of Mayfield Fir.e Department be given pexmission <br />to build a building to house the nez,* fire truclL, the building to <br />be attached to the Village Hall and to 'oe built without cost to the <br />Village of labor or r?aterial. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrsm Franz, Swanson' Sloan9 Parker, <br />Zingelmann and Heiss. <br />Na.ys - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />The Fire Depa.rtment and Mr. Fishei were given a vote of tharks <br />for the work that has bePn done to make this building possible. Dr. <br />Siplock sa.id tha.t he would donate $200.00 to this Fi-re Appara.tus <br />Building Funda
