Willis., Parker, Pa.tterson' <br />Lockemer,.Corlett and Bennett. <br />Absent9 Noneo <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held May 16th' 1932' were <br />read. It was then moved by Nr. Patterson, seconded by Idtre Bennett' that the Minutes <br />of the meeting of Nfay 16th, 1932., be a.pproved as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrsm Willis9 Lockemer' Parker' Pattersonp <br />Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays, None. ' <br />Niotion carried. <br />Pfiinutes approved o <br />A letter from the David Robison & Company, Inco inquiring <br />as to whether or not a$19000.00 Sewer 6% Bond of the Village dated September <br />lst, 1930 will be paid on September lst, 1932 when it matu1°es' was read to the <br />Ci ouncils <br />The Glerk was authorized to reply to said Company that <br />N(ayfield Village has never defaulted in the payment of bonds and said bond will <br />be paid if tax collections permita <br />The resignation of Mr. George Bennett' Jr. as councilman <br />was read to the Council. <br />It was moved by Mre Patterson, seconded by Mr. Corlett9 <br />that Nlrm Bennett's resignation be accepted as read. <br />Roll Call: 1?yes' Plfessrs.
