It was then moved by Paro Lockeme-r9 seconded by Mr. Vdillis9 <br />that the rules requiring resolutions to be read on three different days <br />be suspended, and that Resolution No. 75 be placed upon its final passage. <br />Roll Call: Ayes., Messrse.Nillis.9 Lockemer9 Parker9 <br />Patterson a.nd Corlette <br />Nays,, None. <br />Mot"ion' carried. <br />' It was then moved bJ Mro tilJillis9 seconded by N1r. Loekemer <br />that Resolution Noo 75 be passed as read:, <br />and Corletto <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. YTillis, Lockemer' Parker, Patterson <br />Nays Vone. <br />Motion ca.rried. <br />Resolution passed. <br />Mr. Dorn then read a letter from The Guarantee Title and <br />Trust Compa.ny inquiring as to the w-ishes of the Council in the matter of <br />clearing up the title to the premises occupied by the Village Hall and <br />the letter was laid on the table until next meeting. <br />The clerk then submi-tted to the Cou.nciZ proposed budget <br />for the year 1933, which budget was then read to the Council. After dis- <br />cussion was had Mr. Parker introduced Resolution No, 76 entitled "A <br />Resolution approving the Annual Budget for the Year 1933", which resolution <br />was read to the Councilm <br />It vias then moved by Mr. Parker, seconded by PRr._Corlett9 <br />that Resoluti.on No. 76 be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. UPillis, Lockemer9 Parker; <br />Patterson and Corlett. <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Resolution passed. <br />Mr. Vdillis then introduced Ordinance 1Vo. 110 P entitled <br />"An Ordinance to Pay Certain Bills", which ordinance was then read to <br />the Couneil. It was then moved by Mr. Willis, seconded by Mr. Lockemer, <br />that Ordinance Noe 110-P be passed as reads <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes, Messrs. Vlillis, Lockemer' Parker9 <br />Patterson and Corlett. , <br />Nays, Nonee. Niotion carried. <br />Ordinance passed. <br />There being no fu.rther business to come before the Council' <br />upon motion duly made' seconded, put to a vote and iznanimously carried <br />the meeting adjourned. <br />Approveda <br />?
