Mra Plummer exIDlained to the Council the cost of certifying and refvnding special assessments. iVtr. Bennet-t then introduced Resolution Nom 77 enti-tled "A Resoltit- tion Providing For the Paynent oi the Final Installment of Compensation to the Village.Engineers on The S. U. iVI. Center Road Siclevralk Improvement". lt was moved by PJir. Patterson, seconded by Dffr. Willis that the rules oi layv requiring resolutions to be read on three different cla.,ps be dis- pensed ifirith,, and that Resolutios Noe 77 be placed upon its f'inal pa.ssage.
