Mr. Corlett then introduced Resolution Noo 80 entitled <br />R9 Resolution Autliorizing and Direeting the Clerk to Draw aWarrant in favor <br />of the Plfayfield Union. Cemetery- in the sum of $50.00"which resolution was <br />read to the Couneile <br />Motion carried. <br />Ordinance passed. <br />v?•* <br />Mrm Bennett then introduced Ordinance Noo 143 entitled <br />"An. Ordinance Providing for the Employment of Legal Counsel for Mayfield <br />Village°"e which ordinance was given its first reading. <br />It.was then moved by Mr. Patterson, seconded by Mro Parker, <br />that the rules requiring resolutions to be read on three different days <br />be suspended.. and that Resolution Noe 80 be placed upon its final passageo <br />Roll Callm Ayes., Messrs. VPillis, Lockemer9 Parker, <br />Patterson, Gorlett and Bennetto. . <br />Nays9 None. <br />Motion ca.rried. <br />Tt was then moved by Mr. Parker, secon.ded by Mr. Bennett, <br />that Resolution No. 80 be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes., Messrs. Willis' Lockemer,.Parker, <br />Patterson., Corlett and Bennett. .
