MItWTES OF THE R.EGULAR MEETING <br />HELD JULY 17th9 1933. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Town Hall, <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, on the 17th day of July, 1933, at 8 oBClock P. M. in <br />regular meeting, Mayor 9rthur Dawson presiding. <br />Roll Ca11: Present, Messrs. Willis, Lockemer, Patterson, <br />Corlett and Bennett. <br />Absent9 Mr. Pa.rkera <br />The m3.nutes of the regular meeting held June 19th, 1933, were <br />reade It was then moT66.'by Mro Bennett' seconded by Mre Patterson, that the <br />minutes of the regular meeting held June 19th, 1933, be approved as reado <br />and Bennett. <br />Roll Call: A,yes, Messrso Willis, Lockemer9 Patterson, Corlett <br />Nays' Noneo <br />Motion carried' <br />Minutes approved. <br />9 letter from the Village Solicitors was reacl in regard to <br />the election of village officers this yearo <br />" It was then moved by Mr. Corlett, seconded by Mr. Lockemer., <br />that a mass meeting be called on August lOth, 1933, for the purpose of dis- <br />cussing the nomi.n.ation of village officers. <br />and Bennetts <br />Ro1.1 Call: Ayes' Messrs.. Lockemera Willis, Patterson' Corlett <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carried. <br />A letter from the County Aud.itor in regard to animal clai m <br />of F. W. Lockemer was read to the Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Willisy seconded by Mr. Bennett9 tliat <br />the animal claim of Mr. F. W. Loekemer be approved. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. VPillis, Lockemer, Patterson, <br />Corlett and Bennettv <br />Nays, None. <br />Ntotion carrieda <br />Mr. J.'Grootegoed presented plans for a greenhouse to be <br />built on S. 0. M. R.oad. <br />It was moved by Mr. Patterson, seconded by Mr. Corlett, that <br />the building inspector be authorized to issue a permit to Mr. Grootegoed. <br />Roll Ca11: l?yes, Messrs. Willis, Lockemer, Patterson, <br />Corlett and Bennetto <br />Nays, None.. <br />Motion carried. <br />,
