flIfINUTES OF THE REGULAR. MEETING HELD OCTOBER 16th, 1933. The Council of the Village of Nfayfield met in the Town Hall, Mayfield Village, Olzio, on the 16th day of October, 1933, at 8 ofclock P. M. in regular meeting' iVlayor .Arthur 33awson presidingo Roll Call: Present, Niessrs. Viillis, Lockemer, Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. Absent, None. The minutes of the regular meeting held September 18th, 19339 were read to the Council. It was then moved by PAr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Patterson9 that the minutes of the regular meeting held September 18th2 19339 be approved as reada Roll Calls Ayes. Messrs. Willis, Lockemer, Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. Nays9 None. . Motion carried. Nlinutes approved. After discussion was had Ordinance Nom 148 entitled "Giving the Consent of the Village of Mayfield to the Maintenance and Repair of the County Roads and Pavements within sa_id Village, Exclusive of State Roads' by Cuyahoga County, under the Superyision of the County Surveyor" was introduced by 1tiro Patterson, which Ordinance was read to the Council< It was then moved by Mr. Corlett9 seconded by i_VV?sm Parker9 that the rules of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with and that Ordinance Noo 148 be placed upon its final pas- sageo Roll Calle Ayes, Messrsa VJillis, Lockemer, Parker, Patter- son, Corlett a.nd Bennetto Nays, vone. Motion carried. It was then moved by IVIre VPillis' seconded by N1r. 1 arker9 that Ordinance Nom 148 be passed as reade Roll Call: Ayes, Nlessrs. Willis, Lockemer, Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. Nay s, Noneo Motion carriedo Ordinance passed. It was moved by Pdr. Parker9 seconded by NLro Pattergon, that the Clerk bE authorized to issug order for recharges for fire ex- tinguishers and cartridges for police guno Ro1.l Call: Ayes, iViessrs.
