MEETING <br />HELD OCTOBER 16th, 1933. <br />The Council of the Village of Nfayfield met in the Town <br />Hall, Mayfield Village, Olzio, on the 16th day of October, 1933, at 8 ofclock <br />P. M. in regular meeting' iVlayor .Arthur 33awson presidingo <br />Roll Call: Present, Niessrs. Viillis, Lockemer, Parker, <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Absent, None. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held September 18th, <br />19339 were read to the Council. It was then moved by PAr. Parker, seconded <br />by Mr. Patterson9 that the minutes of the regular meeting held September <br />18th2 19339 be approved as reada <br />Roll Calls Ayes. Messrs. Willis, Lockemer, Parker, <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays9 None. . <br />Motion carried. <br />Nlinutes approved. <br />After discussion was had Ordinance Nom 148 entitled "Giving <br />the Consent of the Village of Mayfield to the Maintenance and Repair of the <br />County Roads and Pavements within sa_id Village, Exclusive of State Roads' by <br />Cuyahoga County, under the Superyision of the County Surveyor" was introduced <br />by 1tiro Patterson, which Ordinance was read to the Council< <br />It was then moved by Mr. Corlett9 seconded by i_VV?sm Parker9 <br />that the rules of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days <br />be dispensed with and that Ordinance Noo 148 be placed upon its final pas- <br />sageo <br />Roll Calle Ayes, Messrsa VJillis, Lockemer, Parker, Patter- <br />son, Corlett a.nd Bennetto <br />Nays, vone. <br />Motion carried. <br />It was then moved by IVIre VPillis' seconded by N1r. 1 arker9 <br />that Ordinance Nom 148 be passed as reade <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Nlessrs. Willis, Lockemer, Parker, <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nay s, Noneo <br />Motion carriedo <br />Ordinance passed. <br />It was moved by Pdr. Parker9 seconded by NLro Pattergon, <br />that the Clerk bE authorized to issug order for recharges for fire ex- <br />tinguishers and cartridges for police guno <br />Ro1.l Call: Ayes, iViessrs. Willis, Lockemer, Parker, <br />Patterson' Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carried.
